FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
- To administer and implement various cultural and community affairs programs, to provide integrated tourism and sports development programs.
OBJECTIVES
1. To coordinate, administer, implement various cultural and community affairs and sees to it that all programs will be celebrated successfully;
2. To develop integrated tourism program and evaluate implementation of such programs and activities related to it;
3. To develop integrated sports program and develop athletes that can compete locally and internationally in any sports competition of choice;
4. To monitor and evaluate implementation of different development programs and activities of the city;
5. To provide technical assistance in establishing standards, policies and procedures related to tourism and sports development.
