FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
- To provide relevant, adequate and timely information to the City and its residents, and furnishes information and data affecting the development and programs of its local government. Out office is in charge of the employment facilitation programs and investment promotions.
OBJECTIVES
1. Utilize all forms of mass media in order to disseminate valuable and timely information to the constituents;
2. Manage and publish the CALAMBALITA, the city’s official newsletter;
3. Formulate plans and programs that will promote investment in the city and encourage potential investors to put up business within the city;
4. To provide a venue for people could explore simultaneously various employment options and actually seek assistance they prefer;
5. To establish linkages with establishment, schools and academe for adequate information and delivery of employment services and network with other PESO’s within the region and nationwide for job exchange purposes.
