FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
- To generate highly local revenues through the real property tax by means of new assessment and re-assessment within the jurisdiction of Calamba City whole rendering prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous public service at all times among the tax payers under a firm, decent and transformed leadership.
OBJECTIVES
1. To discover, list, appraise, and assess real properties in accordance with the existing rules and regulations on RPT under RA 7160 otherwise known as Local Government Code of 1991;
2. To deliver quality public service among the tax payers and residents of Calamba City at all times;
3. To maintain a systematic and effective accounting system and inventory of all real property units through advanced technology;
4. To empower the employees of City Assessor’s Office in all aspects such as physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual towards effective and efficient job performance and job satisfaction.
